Road work on the Greenvale/Sachuest Point Loop/South Coast Map
Oh no, they tore up Wapping Rd! Arrrrrgh!!!
Unfortunately, the only possible detour is to follow Sandy Point Rd back to Rte 138 (bleccch!) Turn L on 138 and ride (very, very carefully) all the way to the fork with Mitchell Rd, turn left on Mitchell to rejoin Wapping Rd. This, of course, bypasses Greenvale Vineyard and Rocky Brook Orchard completely. Hopefully they will repave soon! If you have a mountain bike or a hybrid you could probably ride it if the road is open. A bit of a bumpy ride but better than 138 and you get to visit the vineyard.
